What are you worth?

May 15, 2018

Happy New Moon in Taurus! Today's new moon in Taurus is accompanied by Uranus moving into Taurus for the first time in 84 years. Uranus has been in Aries since 2011. Uranus is the planet of innovation, shaking things up, and the unexpected. As mentioned in the last couple e-mails, Taurus is all about values, wealth, the good life, the physical senses and manifestation.

I believe this new moon gives us an opportunity to rethink the things we value and innovate the "rules" that define us. We talked about self-worth all of last week in SOfit and explored all the ways we have learned to value ourselves.

We kicked off the week by talking about how we define self-worth, what we need to implement or maintain around our self-worth, our trauma around self-worth, how our parents displayed self-worth, and more. We wrapped up the week with a nice, long, meditation and honed in on what we truly deserve when we are embodied (Taurus) in our truth and power.

Jump in on some of the journaling questions we worked with last week so you can set some intentions for this new moon :)

Do the work with us...
grab your journal
  1. How do you define self-worth?
  2. What do you need to implement or maintain to feel worthy?
  3. What did your parents teach you about self-worth?
  4. How did you parents display their own self-worth?
  5. How do you feel when you know your worth?
  6. What do you know you deserve when you are embodied in your best self?

Personally, I have been focused on redefining my lifestyle in many ways because it is directly related to my self-worth and the abundance I bring into my life. Getting 8 hours of sleep every single night has been a hard one for me for most of my life. I have always been a "night owl" and self-proclaimed short sleeper. I used to glorify grinding and hustling hard while everyone else sleeps.

I have made it a top priority to get in bed early every night and get my circadian rhythm on lock... Because I know that when I am fully rested and taking care of my body, I am WAY more unstoppable than when I am "grinding it out" on little sleep and forcing a schedule that is stacked to the gills. I am much more focused, centered, and most importantly, embodied. When I am embodied, abundance and prosperity flows freely to me.

What about you?
